Every year, in March, we will arrange for an annual check of your boiler. This is our responsibility as a landlord to make sure that your supplies of gas and the central heating are safe.
Our plumbers will ensure that your boiler, and any thermostats, are in good working order. If any defects are found, these will be fixed according to urgency.
If you have a gas fire, a safety check of this will be carried out at the same time. If you would like the fire to be serviced, you will need to arrange and pay for this yourself. Please let us know if you would like this, and we will arrange for our plumbers to carry out the work.
During the year, if the boiler, or heating, is not working, please do not attempt to fix this yourself. ALWAYS contact us and we will arrange for any work to be done as soon as possible.
