St Michael Housing Society was set up in 1930 as an affordable housing option for people in the local area. We still hold these values today and we currently house over 26 families in West Cornwall.
Our mission is to provide good quality, affordable community housing for people who want to live in Penzance and the surrounding areas, and we do this by giving a high-quality service, run by committed people for local people.
We are a not-for-profit organisation, and our rental income is the only money receive. All our income is invested back into the business to continue to deliver our social objectives and our role in the local community.

We are a small, tight knit association and we strive to provide outstanding housing choices for people. Our small size means we know our tenants, as well as their needs and we are able to maintain an affective landlord-tenant partnership whilst keeping our tenants at the core of every decision.
Good quality, affordable housing is at the heart of what we do and we feel that providing safe and secure housing helps build a society that everyone deserves.
