I have lived at St Michaels Cottages for twelve years, and we are very well looked after.
If anything goes wrong in the house, someone is with us as soon as possible to put things right.
Before I rented with St Michael Housing, I rented privately and had four different properties in 20 years, only having 5 years in each property before it was sold. St Michael Housing gives me the security I wanted. Knowing I will not be asked to leave is reassuring at my age – or indeed any age.
We have a good community spirit within the courtyard despite our various ages and interests. Everyone gets along and we are all here for one another should the need arise.
